INCI names are systematic names developed by the International Cosmetic Ingredient Nomenclature Committee (INC) to identify cosmetic ingredients. INCI names differ from chemical names and brand names and are created to provide the standard term for the declaration of an ingredient on a cosmetic product label. An INCI Application is required for the assignment of an INCI name. Please note, effective January 1, 2024, the INCI application fee will be $1000.00 per application.

Sign-In and Registration Instructions
All users must register to access the INCI Application Portal. Click "Sign In" and then "Register" to create a new account. Existing users proceed by selecting Sign In.
